It's been so long I hardly know what to say in all honesty.
Life has been really crazy and hectic. A lot has changed, but so much has stayed them same.

I'd like to say I've developed more as an artist but I'll tell you the truth from my perspective and tell you I haven't. My passion for design and the fashion industry supersedes my time to pursue it, and still I feel everyone thinks I'm chasing an impossible dream. I'm considering going back to school but just for cosmetology, I think it's a good reintroduction back into schooling and learning, while still being a valuable skill toward my goaled profession.

I'd also like to tell you that I'm fiercely independent, but again I'll be honest and say I'm not. I am trying very hard to be complacent being single but sometimes it's very difficult. I just need a celebrity relationship like Brangelina; discreet, simple, elegant, with tasteful public displays of affection when appropriate. All that minus the entire adopted twenty kids.

Work was awful today. I was super tired. But I got my work done and that makes me happy.
So I don't work till next Wednesday, so I'm hoping to go out with friends in the next few days. I really want to go to a museum, go to a club, have a lunch or two. And I definately need to have coffee with my dearest, Becca.
I'm thinking next week for my dinner plans but we'll have to see.
I need to veet/nair/wax my legs. I hate leg hair on me it's gross.
I also need to go get my brows shaped and buy a dark filler for them.
Having money sucks. You feel like buying everything but you realize you can't so you have to prioritize and wait. Frustrating but it's better than not having money at all.
I still haven't been to the shops at La Cantera and that bothers me. :/
Anyways I'm not really sure how this weekend is going to go but I really want to go out and dance and meet people, and just have a good time.
I need some quality fun time away from the mall.

Mum's the Word!

So this surprise actually isn't for me! It's for my Mama for Christmas.

I'm not going to tell you what it is incase one of you blabs.
So here it is.

While I don't look amazing I do have three things that improve my disheveled look; new red editor pants from Express, new shoes from Guess on sale 49.99, and of course the defining piece of the moment the Chanel store bag.
I plan on using the bag as an actual bag when I no longer have to hide it. It's gorgeous and though it may not be expensive it isssss technically a Chanel bag. <3
I can't wait to give it to her she's going to love it. :DDD

Get paid and I'm out.

Work was really long both yesterday and today. But I need the cash so it's work it. <3
Bought a surprise yesterday which I will post pictures of in a bit.
I bought myself somethings today, a new bag and a pair of killer shoes.
Still debating what big ticket item to save money for.

I'm still really obsessed with Amanda Lepore's first album, "I...Amanda Lepore.
You should all get it off Amazon or Itunes. My favorite song has to be Baby-doll, cause it's kind of creepy and helps me sleep.
My co-workers are nice but I think sometimes they underestimate me, like not only working but like in maturity and things. Anyway, I haven't had a really good quality meal in a really long time so I want to take one of my friends to this faboo Italian restaurant at the Quarry, then once I find a good Sushi restaurant I want to take my rosey-posey and have some delicious sushi experiences.

Fashion Finds of the Day

Ready-to-wear and bridal designer Douglas Hannant. I haven't had the chance to review much of many of his collections yet but in my search for ethereal headwear I found his Bridal headpieces from Spring/Summer 2010. And I was genuinely inspired by the simplicity and rawness of them, they seemed both very arranged and yet very natural. I totally digg.

These gorgeous Leggings by one of my favorite online brands QooQoo.
They have the appearance of being a strickly knitted legging. But, are in fact a normal legging with a knit print from an actual knitted top from the A/W 2012 collection of fellow Latvian designer, Minus40.
They're a genius use of print and technique.

Lastly and perhaps my favorite find of the day was Kandee Shoes. They have gorgeous shoes. Just an amazing brand. They're takes on popular trends and advancing trends in new directions. They run out of the U.K. and their shoes rung from about 67 British Pounds to about 350 B.P. Resonable and absolutely gorgeous I plan on investing in a pair. As soon as I decided which one pair.

So in a national survey about dating, engagement, and marriage there was on statistic that stood out quite clear to me. The average cost of an engagement ring is $5,749.
Really.

Lame, falling for those terrible commercials.
No one would actually be happy getting Jared's or any other brand.
Every girl, whether she knows it or not wants her engagement ring in that classic Tiffany & Co. light blue box.
Their rings are gorgeously set and their diamonds are top drawer.
Me, my dream engagement ring is the classic Tiffany setting engagement ring with the 2 or 2.5 carat diamond.
It comes at a steep price which would make some men cringe but... it's worth it. :)
I imagine most of you won't be interested in a 48 grand price tag but if you still want that Tiffany setting engagement ring then I have good news.

The .25 carat only cost around 1,630.
The .50 carat only  3,540.
And the 1 carat being the most popular is price upon availability but I imagine would run from about 5-8 grand.
Lovely, no?

Starting anew.
No preconceived concepts or structure.

I will keep doing some stylings on here but that will be less of the focus and really just showing you fashion I enjoy.
My day to day finds, my all time must have pieces, and trends I fall for.
